APLGO Company (owner of the APL trademark), hereinafter referred to as APL, has granted us (MC GO EVENTS SRL), hereinafter referred to as the Organizer, the right to organize the international forum "GO MOLDOVA", hereinafter referred to as the Forum, for the partners of the APL Company, in order to improve the partners' competencies and motivation. The Organizer assumes all obligations regarding organizing the Forum, inviting participants and paying all necessary expenses for organizing the Forum. Participation in this event is paid by the participants to the Organizer's account by purchasing personalized electronic tickets on the official website of the event (http://gomoldova.md), hereinafter referred to as the Website.
By making a purchase on the Website, you confirm your acceptance to the following terms and conditions.
All participants register exclusively when purchasing the tickets (except for participants directly invited by the Organizer and APL). When purchasing multiple tickets, the buyer must indicate the names of all the participants for whom the tickets are being purchased. After the payment, the purchased personalized electronic tickets will be sent to the buyer in PNG format. Further name changes in the ticket can only be made after a written request to email@example.com
Online sales and registrations will be closed on September 20, 2022, or when all the available tickets will be sold (the number of tickets is limited and can be confirmed for an additional request). Participants will not be able to purchase tickets after September 20, 2022.
Electronic ticket for the participants includes:

At the individual request of the participant (s), the Organizer may personally include in the ticket price the cost of accommodation for the hotel chosen by the participant (s)..
Access to the Forum
Access to the Forum will be granted only upon presentation of the personalized ticket. The ticket must be kept in printed or electronic form (for example, in a smartphone) in order to being scanned at the registration desk! When presenting the ticket in printed form, the participant is required to ensure the integrity and legibility of the ticket (including the QR code) for verification and scanning. At the registration a special bracelet will be given for every ticket. Forum participation will be possible only with the bracelet put firm on a hand.
With each ticket there will be allowed to enter only one participant. The name of the participant is not verified at the entrance; therefore, each participant is obliged to independently make sure his ticket is secured, without sending it to other people. If you think your ticket's QR code has been compromised, you can contact the Organizers to cancel the ticket (on behalf of the buyer) and replace it for free.
Methods of Payment
Payments for ticket purchase can be made either via bank transfer or via credit card payment, or any other option available at the Paynet aquiring.
Upon registration and purchase of the Ticket on the Website, the buyer will receive an invoice for the transfer to the Organizer's bank account.
If you did not receive confirmation of your bank transfer payment within 14 business days after the payment, please contact the Organizer at firstname.lastname@example.org or at the phone numbers indicated on the Website.
Payment must be made before the expiry date indicated in the invoice.
Following the payment, the Organizer will send to the buyer purchased personalized electronic tickets in the PNG format.

Payment via Credit Card
Visa and Mastercard are accepted for credit card payments that can be made online during the process of registration and tickets purchase on the Website. Acquiring is granted by “Paynet Services” SRL, which guarantees the security of the payment.
In case of rejected online credit/debit card payment, the participant is advised to contact the credit/debit card issuer/bank first and check if online transactions are not disabled on the credit/debit card. Afterwards, the registration can be processed again. If the bank has confirmed the availability of funds on the card and that there are no limits for this transaction, but you continue to experience payment problems, contact the Organizer using the contact details provided on the Website.
Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
All purchase cancellation requests should be sent to the Organizer to email@example.com, in accordance with the details provided below:

Until 01st of September 2022 – free of charge
From 01st September 2022– 50% administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.
If you wish to cancel the payment in any of the specified periods, we ask that you contact the Organizer by sending a written e-mail request. Requests by phone are not valid. After a written request for the cancellation of the purchased tickets, the Organizer will contact you for a detailed discussion on the cancellation of the purchased ticket and the refund.
Travel Insurance and Visa
You must have a valid medical insurance check the conditions of entry to the Republic of Moldova according to your country's legislation before booking your travel and accommodation during the Forum. You are solely responsible for organizing your own relevant travel insurance before purchasing your ticket to the Forum. The Organizer does not assist in the obtainment of the travel visa for the participants. Please check with your local authorities if your travel is the subject of the visa obtainment procedure.
Modification and Cancellation of the Congress
The organizer reserves the right to modify the Forum programme, which is published as an indication only.
In the event of cancellation of the Forum, at any time, as a result of any event of ‘force majeure’ or for other reasons that are beyond the control of the Organizer (including COVID), the ticket price shall be refunded, excluding preliminary non-refundable costs (advances, pledges) paid by the Organizer, proportionally divided by the number of purchased tickets up to the cancellation day. In the event of cancellation of the Forum by the organizer’s decision, the ticket price shall be refunded in full amount (excluding the bank fees, if applicable).
Neither party shall be held liable for any other costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc.
Disclaimer and ‘force majeure’
The organizer shall not be responsible for any bodily injury/death or property damages (including theft) sustained by participants during the Forum, unless such damages are a direct result of the unlawful act or omission thereof.
In any case, the Organizer is not responsible for damages in the event of bodily injury/death, property damage, disruption to travel plans and costs incurred as a result of ‘force majeure’. ‘Force majeure’ reasons include but are not limited to: war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, epidemics, health risks, fire and closure of airports or airspace, restrictions imposed because of COVID epidemiologic situation.
Consent To The Processing Of Personal Data
By making a purchase on the Website, you confirm your acceptance to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data:

This consent is granted for all of the information contained in the form, and throughout the five years from the date of consent. At the same time I am aware of my rights on the protection of personal data.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data
All information given on the form is collected and processed solely for purposes of registration and purchase processing by the Organizer. Summarized data from the form may be used by the administrator for internal statistical purposes and for internal use of the Organizer.
Statement by Administrator
Organizer declares that he will collect personal data to the extent necessary to accomplish the intended purpose and may be processed only in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected. Employees of the organizer or other individuals who process personal data under contract with the organizer and other persons are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data, even after termination of employment or work.
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge any claims against the organisers should the holding of the event be cancelled or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure (including COVID) or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons result in programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this condition.
Any dispute resulting from the above terms and conditions will be subject to Republic of Moldova law, and by accepting these terms you are submitting yourself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Moldova.
